What affects the price?
- Type of lock — a standard HDB mortise lock is quicker to open than a high-security deadbolt or a digital lock with a dead battery.
- Time of day — lockouts from 9am to 6pm start from S$80; after hours, weekends and public holidays from S$120.
- Parts — if a lock is broken and needs replacing, the new lock is added to the price. We show you the options first.
- Safes and commercial jobs — quoted individually because every safe and site is different.

Our prices are quoted for the job at your location. We'll tell you the total before we set off, so you won't be surprised by extra fees.
Do you charge more after midnight or on public holidays?
Lockouts start from S$80 from 9am to 6pm and from S$120 after hours, weekends and public holidays.
What if you can't open the lock?
