From apprentice to master locksmith

Uncle Thomas started in 1998 as an apprentice under his uncle, learning the trade the traditional way — one lock, one door, one customer at a time. Years of hands-on work across Singapore's HDB flats, condos, shophouses and offices built the foundation he still relies on today.

Trained in safesmithing in the United States

That expertise has taken Uncle Thomas far beyond Singapore. He has been called in to open safes for multinational companies and on board ships and cruise liners, with jobs in Thailand, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and more.

As homes moved from keys to keypads, Uncle Thomas kept learning. He has developed his own damage-free techniques for opening faulty and locked digital locks — so you get back in without needing to replace an expensive lock. See digital lock opening.
