Replace, don't repair

We don't do lock repairs, key duplication or key cutting (the one exception is car key fobs, which we clone). If a lock is faulty, we open it and replace it, so the problem doesn't come back. A new lock is usually more reliable, often not much more expensive than a repair, and comes with our warranty.
